Once a tenant has been found, we can also manage your property to ensure it is looked after by the tenant whilst they enjoy their stay.

This includes collecting the rent, assisting with any repairs and tenancy issues, and inspecting the property on a regular basis to ensure it remains in good condition.

When the tenant leaves we will oversee the move, inspect the condition of the property and negotiate any deductions from the deposit for damage and repairs on your behalf.

The cost of this service is £199+vat finders fee, plus 10%+vat pcm management fee.
