Our furniture packs are designed to meet the needs of the individual landlords budget, the type of property to be let and the prevailing market conditions and demand from tenants.

It is our experience that a furnished property will let quicker than an unfurnished one and there is a delicate balance to be struck between the level of furnishings made available, at a price, and the uplift in rental that can be achieved from doing so. For example, you can expect to see an uplift in rental between £25-£50 pcm if a Landlord provides furniture.
